Roy Rosenzweig, R.I.P.

Roy Rosenzweig died about a month ago, which I just noticed today. I cannot claim to be terribly familiar with his work, but I did get a lot out of Eight Hours for What We Will, the only book of his that I have read. I also learned from his obituary that he was very active with the Center for History and New Media at George Mason Unversity; its mission is to “digital media and computer technology to democratize history.” In light of the earlier blog post, I thought that might be interesting to some readers.
